The First Court of Appeals (Houston) affirmed in an unpublished opinion, holding that the trial court did not err in denying appellants motion to suppress. Williams v. State, No. 01-84-0239-CR, delivered December 20, 1984. We granted appellants petition for discretionary review to examine this holding.
